Reducer type ZDY
With its compactness, with a center distance of 80 mm., It transmits torque up to 470 Nm. The gears of the reducer are made of high-alloy forged steel, carburized, followed by tooth grinding (accuracy level 6 ISO 1328:1995). The direction of rotation is reversible. The speed of rotation of the high-speed shaft is up to 3000 rpm, if higher speeds are required, upon agreement with the manufacturer, it is possible to manufacture balanced gears with the installation of bearings of a higher accuracy class. It is allowed to work in the animation mode (with an increase in the rotation speed). It is used in general machine-building units and machines where a small gear ratio is required, kinematic diagrams where it is necessary to change the direction of rotation or spread the shafts horizontally (by 80 mm.)

LUBRICATION
Lubrication is carried out by spraying from the gearbox housing or by force. Forced supply of lubrication can be carried out from an external oil station or from a built-in pump. For visual control of the oil level, transparent oil plugs are installed in the body. In automated control systems, radar or float-type sensors can be installed. Depending on the operating conditions, an external cooler, heat exchanger can be installed.

The oil level is controlled by transparent plugs installed in the gearbox housing at the minimum and maximum levels.
PAINTWORK
The gear and the inner part of the housing are painted with yellow oil-resistant paint. The case is preliminarily primed, and after assembly it is painted in dark blue, or any other color at the request of the customer.
